Join the club by signing up to the email list

An email will go out at the start of each month to register for that month's virtual meet ups

Everyone who signs up for that month will be put in groups of 4-6 with a 'team captain'

The 'team captain' will set up the Zoom call and keep time and keep control of the meeting

Meetings start at 2pm on the SecondWednesday of each month.

Each person starts by introducing themselves, their company and in 1 sentence the topic they want to discuss today. The captain decides the best order to go in.

Each month you will be in different groups, so you get to meet different people.

Round 1: Questions (8-10 mins)

The person who goes 1st says what they want help with. Then, in turn (when told by the captain) each of the other participants gets to ask questions.

The captain has to make sure everyone sticks to asking questions, not advice.

Round 2: Advice (8-10 mins)

Once all the questions have been asked and answered you go on to the next round, where all participants take it in turn to give their advice, help, contacts etc.

Round 3: Actions (2-4 mins)

The person who asked the original question has to say which pieces of advice they are going to use and what actions they are going to take.

Then you move on to the next person and repeat the process until everyone is done and all problems are solved!
